Your first visit to MarVista Cosmetic & Family Dentistry establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know Dr. Lindgren and our wonderful team!

To save time at your first appointment with us, download and fill out our new patient forms to bring with you.

If you have x-rays from your previous dental office, please have them emailed to us at marvistadental@hotmail.com.

Dental x-rays are considered current for one full year.

If your x-rays are more than one year old, new x-rays will be taken at your appointment.
